How to specify display language in SplunkWeb

You can specify the display language in the URL you access.
Once specified, the display language remains as long as the session is active.

The SplunkWeb URL has the following format, so you can specify the language to display in <Display language>.

http://<IP address or server name>:<port>/<display language>/ . . .

Below are examples of login screen URLs in English and Japanese.

·English
http://<IP address or server name>:8000/en-US/account/login

·Japanese
http://<IP address or server name>:8000/ja-JP/account/login

Available language specification

In Splunk, the following language specifications are available by default.

  • de-DE (German/Germany)
  • en-GB (English/British)
  • en-US (English/American)
