Splunk Enterprise products will reach EOS 24 months (2 years) from the major/minor release date in accordance with the Software Support Policy* set by the manufacturer.

Therefore, in order to continue receiving manufacturer support, customers need to perform regular version upgrades before EOS.

In this service, Splunk version upgrade work that occurs regularly will be carried out on behalf of the customer in cooperation with our work support partner.

We will solve the problems of customers such as "I want to do version upgrade work but I do not have the knowledge" or "It is difficult to assign personnel due to the work load".

  • Pre-environment check
    • Pre-environment check
  • Version upgrade work (local work or remote work)
    • On the day of the work, the subcontractor will perform the version upgrade using local or remote operation tools.
