Rules in the recruitment process (image)

To prevent job-hunting harassment against participants in programs falling into four categories—new graduates, mid-career applicants, and interns—and to ensure healthy recruitment practices, the Company employees will adhere to the following rules.

Employee communication rules

  • This includes programs that fall under the four categories of internships, information sessions, alumni visits, recruiter interviews, and social gatherings.
  • Participation in person or online is optional.
The use of private rooms for face-to-face meetings is strictly prohibited. However, this does not apply to interviews, internships, and other programs of the four types set up by Human Resources.
  • Our service hours are limited to 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM on business days. Drinking alcohol is strictly prohibited.
However, this does not apply to dinners, social gatherings, etc., hosted by the Human Resources Department.
  • Communication methods are limited to company email, company mobile phones, and TEAMS/Zoom.
The above also applies if you met through personal connections with acquaintances or friends.
  • When conducting an interview, please inform HR in advance of the date, time, format, school, and name, and register the appointment as "public" in the company's scheduler.
