  Management Plan Presentation

  Once a year, employees from all over the world gather for a management plan presentation. All employees share the next management policy and strategy so that each employee can work independently.

  Beer Party

  A beer party held every summer in a hotel banquet hall. It is an event that families can participate in, such as planning a fair for children!

  Company Trip

  One of our popular events is our company trip. From Hokkaido in the north to Okinawa in the south, each department has their own unique destination. The two-day, one-night trip helps to deepen bonds.

  Community Cleaning

  Environmental maintenance is rooted in the culture at Macnica. Not only do we keep the office tidy, but we also clean the neighborhood that we are always grateful for.

  Macnica Exponential Technology（MET）

  This is an annual tech conference hosted by Macnica. We invite our customers and partners to participate in sessions by prominent people, technology experience exhibits, social parties, and more. It's a very popular event every year.

  Macnica Diversity Fes

  In conjunction with International Women's Day on March 8, which is designated by the United Nations, Macnica is also holding "Macnica Diversity Fes", an event for employees to think about "a comfortable working environment regardless of gender".

  For the 50th anniversary event, special guests were invited and a party was held where all employees gathered together to foster friendship and a sense of unity among employees.
