For new graduates
First year after graduation
Human Resource Development Measures (Common for first-year new graduates)
New employee induction training
Approximately one month of general training (including one week of training camp)
General training
- Build a foundation for success at Macnica (business skills, presentation skills, IT/PC skills, etc.)
- Develop a mindset as a Macnica employee (gain a deep understanding of Macnica 's history, culture, and values)

Changing mindset from student to working member of society and work experience (business etiquette, business simulation, self-understanding, etc.)
New employee step-up training
- A year-long training program will be implemented, with the results presented at the final session.
- Conduct a review every three months

Human resource development measures (first-year new graduates, by job type)
New graduate sales training (3 days: for business drive and corporate positions)
- Learn from senior employees about the skills required for business driving positions and logistics flow
- Business briefing sessions will be held by the heads of each business division (the Company Member of the Board)
New graduate technical training (1 month: for engineers)
- We provide the Company own original training for engineers.
- Develop the mindset and skills required for engineering positions at a technology trading company through a one-month practical training course
Production training (by department/for engineers)
- Over the course of several months, participants will learn to build robots using Macnica products, simulating the manufacturing process of our customers.
Human resource development measures (first-year new graduates and others)
OJT trainer system (1 year)
- A senior employee from the assigned department will act as an OJT trainer and provide guidance and support for the work.
- We also provide training to OJT trainers to teach them key points for training new employees.
Educational supervisor system
- Managers of the workplace (department) to which new graduates are assigned will support the development of new graduates.
- Work together across the company to ensure there are no variations in training systems between workplaces
Interview Tour
An event where you can freely request an appointment for an internal interview with senior employees, with the theme of "Discovering your future self."
New graduate roundtable discussion
- Approximately six months after joining the company, a roundtable discussion will be held with a human resources representative.
- Sharing the latest developments, such as how much they have grown in the past six months and how they feel about their work
Skills improvement support
TOEIC test fee subsidy
- Full subsidy for TOEIC IP test fees for those who wish to take the test (online tests are held twice a year within the company)
Subsidy for G-Test exam fees
- Full subsidy for G-Test examination fees for those who wish to take the test (up to one time)
Subsidy for IT Passport exam fees (new graduates only)
- Subsidize the cost of taking the IT Passport exam for all successful applicants (engineer positions will be completed before joining the company, while business drive and corporate positions will aim to complete the exam within one year of joining the company)
2nd year after graduation

New graduate follow-up training (1 day: for all second-year new graduates)
- A roundtable discussion and social gathering will be held with the Chairman, President, and other management members to reaffirm Macnica 's culture, Our Group's Purpose, and vision.
- Reflect on your time since joining the company and take stock of your mission and vision
Training for third-year new graduates (2 days: for all third-year new graduates)
- Check your personal growth since joining the company
- Seizing the opportunity to go beyond one's own boundaries through assessment and dialogue
Language Training System
English presentation training (2 days)
- Based on practical presentations, one-on-one instruction is provided by Japanese and foreign instructors.
- Cultivate presentation skills and mindset that are applicable globally
English Meeting Training (2 days)
- A program to acquire the skills and expressions necessary for participating in and facilitating English meetings
- Develop practical skills to speak confidently in meetings and exchange opinions smoothly
Human resource development measures (level-specific training)
Leadership Development Training
- Training is provided for each grade level on the literacy required for management and strategic planning, including strategy, marketing, leadership, and logical thinking (themes and difficulty levels vary by grade level).
In-house trainer system
- Graduates of our in-house selective training program participate as "trainers" in some of our hierarchical training programs and provide advice to participants.
- Through interaction with trainers, employees will gain a firsthand understanding of the skills and qualities of managers, while also gaining a deeper understanding of the Company 's values and criteria.

- In addition to the necessary business knowledge for working at Macnica, training is provided to gain a deep understanding of the company's business operations and history.
- A lunch meeting is held on the first day of employment to allow new employees and HR personnel to interact with each other (lunch provided).
Career follow-up training (0.5 days: 1 year after joining the company)
- A roundtable discussion and social gathering was held with the Chairman, President, and other management members to reaffirm Macnica 's culture, Our Group's Purpose, and vision

Human resource development to support early growth
We have established a systematic development program that combines hierarchical training and selective training so that each employee can grow according to their career stage. We also provide content in stages from an early stage with an eye toward future management and executive positions, aiming to foster career development and a desire to grow from a medium- to long-term perspective.
Another strength of ours is that we offer a number of original programs that are unique to the Company, such as unique business cases and training for engineering positions.

Another feature of the Company is that we place importance on employees learning from each other and sharing values through our in-house trainer system and roundtable discussions with management.
