New Graduate Recruitment

What are the eligibility requirements?
The following three conditions are required to apply:
1. Those who are expected to graduate from a four-year university (or technical college) or graduate school (master's or doctoral) in March 2027
2. People who can work both domestically and internationally
3. Those who hold a Class 1 regular vehicle license or who can obtain one by the time of joining the company

Are there any advantages or disadvantages depending on the faculty or department?
Since the selection process is based on character, there are no advantages or disadvantages depending on the faculty or department. Also, there are no advantages or disadvantages for humanities, science, undergraduate or graduate students.

Is there an age limit?
There is no age limit.

Do I need specialized knowledge?
It is not a problem if you do not have specialized knowledge. We will make selections based on a comprehensive judgment.

Do I need English skills?
English proficiency is not required in the selection process. However, since there is a possibility that it will be used in business, we are looking for people who are not good at it now but are willing to learn it in the future.

Do you hire international students?
The company is conducting the following activities. the Company We hire international students regardless of nationality. International students are hired based on the exact same criteria as Japanese students.

When and where are the company information sessions held?
When the time for the final selection process arrives, we will provide you with a company introduction video on your My Page. Before the final selection process, we will provide company explanations at internships and other recruitment events, so please apply on your My Page and check the information.

What is the selection schedule?
Applications will be accepted on My Page starting March 1, 2026. The selection schedule will be notified to applicants.

Can I visit alumni?
We do not visit alumni, so please come and participate in internships and other recruitment events.

What will happen to my assignment and work place?
After joining the company, you will be working in Kanagawa (Shin-Yokohama), Tokyo (Shinagawa), Osaka (Yodoyabashi), and Aichi (Nagoya).
After that, you may be transferred to one of our domestic locations or overseas subsidiaries. -
Is there language training?
There are training courses to learn English communication, logical thinking, etc.

What kind of employee benefits are available?
We are fully equipped with various social insurance (pension, health, workers' compensation, employment). There are also property accumulation savings, employee stock ownership associations, and employee social gatherings.

There are tennis clubs, soccer clubs, and baseball clubs for business teams, and futsal and golf clubs for circles.

Is it possible to work from home?
Yes, it is. There are no company-wide rules, and each team has its own operational rules that allow them to work most efficiently and maximize their performance. However, in the first year of employment, employees will generally be required to come to the office, as building relationships within their assigned department and learning the work will take priority.

Is there an age limit?
There is no age limit.

Is it okay to change jobs from a different industry?
We also welcome those with no experience in the industry.

What level of English proficiency is required?
Please check the job posting for requirements as they vary by position.

Do you hire foreign nationals?
Yes, we do. Regardless of nationality, we hire foreign nationals according to the same standards as Japanese nationals.

Is there regional recruitment?
There is no regional recruitment for general positions.

Please tell me the selection process.
Applicants will be required to undergo document screening, a first interview, SPI, a final interview, and an aptitude test. Please note that the selection process may change in some cases.

How is my department assignment decided?
We will assign you to the department that best suits you based on your experience, aptitude, and the current situation at our company.

Are there any changes?
There is a possibility of transfer. Depending on the situation in the organization, you may be asked to transfer, or you may request it yourself.

How is the evaluation carried out?
Rather than being based on seniority, employees are evaluated based on the degree to which they have achieved their goals and the process they have taken to achieve them.

What kind of training is available?
English training (communication, logical thinking), skill improvement training, etc.

Is there a flextime system?
No. However, we have an hourly paid leave system that allows you to take paid leave in one-hour increments.

How often do you go out or travel?
The frequency of work will vary depending on the department and job. Depending on the department you are assigned to, you may also be required to travel overseas.

Are there any opportunities to be posted overseas?
Yes, you can, provided you meet the requirements for the position.

Is it possible to have a side job?
In principle, this is not permitted. If you have a side job, please inform us during the selection process.

Is there a qualification support system?
We provide assistance with taking the G-Test and TOEIC exams. We also consider holding seminars and obtaining qualifications related to other knowledge necessary for the job on a department-by-department basis.

For contract employees, the process is document screening ⇒ first interview ⇒ final interview. For full-time employees, in addition to the above, SPI and pre-assignments will be added. Please note that this may change depending on the job type.

Please tell me about the follow-up system after joining the company.
Your supervisor and other colleagues will provide you with solid support. You can also discuss your concerns and worries through regular individual interviews with your supervisor. In some cases, you will be given settling-in interviews with support organizations for a certain period of time after joining the company.

If I am hired as a contract employee, can I change to a full-time employee? Also, is there any track record of this?
Yes, it is. We have a track record of converting contract employees to full-time employees. Specifically, you will need to receive a recommendation from your department and then take the full-time employment exam.

Yes, it is possible. Each team has its own operational rules depending on the work content. Please note that this is not a full-time work from home.
