Manabu Ito

After joining the company, I worked in sales in the semiconductor business division for six years, then transferred to the human resources department, where I am currently involved in recruiting personnel who will thrive at the Company. Even during my time in sales, I was entrusted with very rewarding work, but human resources work involves the "people" who support the foundation of the Company, so I feel the significance of this firsthand as I work on my daily tasks.

the Company are a technology trading company that handles a wide range of cutting-edge products, including semiconductors, IT, and AI. We have grown to this point thanks to our overwhelming demand creation capabilities, technological capabilities, and discerning eye for products and markets that are likely to grow in the future. Over 50 years have passed since our founding, and our the Company has expanded in both size and business area, but there is one outstanding appeal that has remained unchanged since our founding: our "culture and corporate atmosphere."

the Company has a deep-rooted culture of "delegation of authority," which means trusting and entrusting employees with big tasks. Because this culture is so widespread, you will never feel like a cog in the wheel when working at the Company. Employees are trusted and entrusted with big tasks, and they are able to think for themselves and demonstrate their individuality while working.
Also, because you will be entrusted with "big jobs" that are difficult for you at any given time, you may experience failure. However, the Company also has a culture that embraces positive failure. Rather than being afraid of failure or not accepting challenges, we encourage employees to learn from their failures when taking on big or new challenges in order to grow and develop. Employees can work with peace of mind in such an environment, and by continuing to take on big jobs while learning from their failures, they can find their work rewarding and use their own unique style to grow.
Another strong attraction of the Company is the open, flat corporate culture and the "pleasant people" we have. Communication is good, and employees often greet each other within the company. Recently, "systems" tend to be the focus of attention as an element of a comfortable workplace, but I believe that what makes the Company a comfortable place to work is our "corporate culture" that allows you to "be yourself." Work that is simply done is boring. Time spent working while pretending to be someone you're not is a waste. I believe this, and I am confident that at the Company you will be able to spend a fruitful time in your life.
