Part 1

After a company explanation from the HR department, we will hold a panel discussion based on questions received from the audience about Macnica 's work content, corporate culture, and rewards!

Part 2

We have prepared group work that will allow you to experience Macnica 's trading company business. You will work in teams on a case study on the theme of "Developing cutting-edge technology in new markets"!

Part 3

This is a chance for you to talk frankly with our employees. Please feel free to ask us anything you are curious about, not just about your career at Macnica, but also about advice on job hunting!

I had just started job hunting and knew nothing about the trading company industry, but I was taught carefully from the basics and gained a deeper understanding of the industry. It was interesting and I realized how interesting the work at a trading company is.

Internship details

Day 1

After the HR department gives an overview of Macnica, we will hold a training session on business etiquette that will be useful to know as a working professional. We will also hold a "Macnica Head Office Tour" where you can see employees working up close!

Day 2 to the final day

From the second day onwards, participants will be assigned to a department and will learn basic knowledge about the cutting-edge technologies handled by Macnica. They will then be split into courses, such as operational testing using actual equipment and accompanying sales staff, and will work on programs tailored to each individual. On the final day, all program participants will give a joint presentation on the content they have worked on.
