Wide Bandgap (SiC)
We provide devices that support wide bandgap power design, such as SiC diodes, SiC MOSFETs, and SiC modules.
Schottky barrier SiC diodes are available with withstand voltages of 650V, 1200V, and 1700V, and have excellent ruggedness against surges and avalanches.
SiC MOSFETs reduce switching losses at high slew rates by replacing conventional silicon IGBTs with SiC MOSFETs.
It also enables high-frequency switching drive up to about 1MHz in switching frequency. As a result, the size and cost of peripheral components can be reduced. Many of these SiC products are also AEC-Q101 qualified and PPAP compliant.

MOSFET
We offer a wide product portfolio for various applications, such as low, medium, high voltage, and dual MOSFETs, and we have products with small on-resistance and capacitance components for each voltage.
We also offer a large number of products in small packages with low withstand voltage, making them ideal for applications such as portable equipment.
At medium voltage, the latest generation T10 achieves approximately 15% lower on-resistance than conventional MOSFETs.
We also offer various products in packaging technology such as Source Down Package, Wettable Flank, and LFPAK.
With a high voltage of 600V or higher, we have a large lineup of SUPERFET series.

ONSEMI IGBTs are available in Fast (High) Speed, Medium Speed, and Low Saturation Voltage products, so you can choose according to your application.
Fast (High) Speed products also achieve low saturation voltage (VCE(sat)) and low turn-off switching loss (Eoff).
Also, the Vce peak voltage at turn-off can be suppressed.
We also offer TO-247 4-pin (with Kelvin Emitter pin) packages for 650V and 1200V IGBTs.
