Option introduction
Overview

This is used when you want to distribute the e-mail address for the actual distribution over two days (not necessarily consecutive days).

  • The delivery date of the second day will be within two weeks from the first day.
  • The e-mail addresses to be delivered can be divided freely up to the maximum number of e-mail addresses at the time of contract. However, it will be up to 2 divisions.
  • The distribution results will be reported in one report (executive summary) of the implementation result data (graphs, logs) and overall results for each distribution date.
  • The delivery date and time shall be determined in the training plan.

Overview

It is used when you want to deliver training emails of multiple format types. (per additional type)

  • The format that can be selected conforms to the standard plan.
  • The delivery date of the second type will be within two weeks from the first type.
  • Both types will be delivered to the email address at the time of contract.
  • A report is created and reported for each type of delivery result.
  • The delivery date and time shall be determined in the training plan.
Example (for 250 addresses, URL link type, and attachment type)

Overview

It is used when you want to add multiple educational contents to the same training email. (For example, when you want to distribute URL link type and attachment type at the same time)

  • The same educational content can be used.
  • The content of the educational content shall be determined by reviewing the training plan.

Insert a URL link to access educational content (web page) in the email body, or email with educational content (Microsoft Office Word (.doc)) attached.

④ Training email creation support
Overview

This information will be used when Macnica /S&J considers and creates the content of the training email based on the customer's requests. When considering and creating the content, we will hear the customer's requests in a meeting (one time).

  • Considering the customer's environment (corporate culture, customary expressions, etc.), we will provide a customer-specific training email based on recent threat trends and past email training results.

⑤ Educational content creation support
Overview

Macnica /S&J uses this information when considering and creating educational content based on customer requests. When considering and creating a proposal, we will meet with you (once) to discuss your requests.

  • Taking into account the customer's environment (corporate culture, customary expressions, etc.), we provide customer-specific educational content based on recent threat trends and past email training results.

Option introduction
Overview

It is used when you want to check the opening status immediately after the actual delivery. (Every time) The opening status at the specified time is aggregated and provided as implementation result graph data and implementation result log data.

  • The opening status total time will be the desired date and time after 2 hours from the actual distribution time. You can specify the date and time for each number of contracts.
  • Addition is required for each number of times to create implementation result data.
  • We aim to provide implementation result data one hour after the start of counting the opening status.

⑦ Add web survey
Overview

It is used when you want to conduct a web questionnaire for the trainees after conducting the e-mail training. This option offers the following two plans.

light plan
Standard questionnaire (5-10 questions)

Premium plan
We will create a questionnaire based on the customer's request, with a maximum of 10 questions.

  • For the questionnaire, S&J will open a website and provide the URL to the customer before the training is conducted.
  • The questionnaire site will notify the trainees by the customer.
  • The expiration date of the survey site will be two weeks.

⑧Holding a debriefing session
Overview

It is used when you want to hold a debriefing session based on the training result report after conducting the e-mail training. (It is often used as a debriefing session for customers' management.)

  • We will report based on the implementation result report.
  • Upon request, it is possible to provide advice on how to improve implementation results.
  • The debriefing session will be held within two weeks after the actual distribution. (If the schedule is not convenient, we will consult with you.)
  • The location of the debriefing session is assumed to be in the suburbs of Tokyo. For remote areas, there will be an additional charge.
