When using the paid Intel Quartus ® Prime development software or paid IP (Intellectual Property) for Intel® FPGA development, purchase a license (right of use) for that product, and then obtain a license file. .

Quartus Prime cannot be used with a floating type license unless the client computer is in a network environment that can access the license server.

In such a case, we would like you to use a check-outlicense.

Notes:

• Fixed license users, see how to obtain a companion license.

This section introduces how to obtain a checkout license that allows you to temporarily use the paid Quartus ® Prime or floating IP license outside the network.

This procedure should be performed by the licensee.

What is a checkout license?

A checked out license is a license that makes a floating license temporarily available outside the network.

Licensee will provide the same product licenses as usual from the network so that the user can use the same product license as usual using a laptop computer on the move.

You can issue a fixed license for 2 weeks.
