explanation
This document uses the Intel® Quartus® Prime software to create a digital logic circuit and operate an evaluation kit or development kit equipped with an Intel® FPGA in a tutorial format. Users who are new to FPGA design can easily understand the basic operation flow of the development software.
When developing for Intel® FPGA, [2] to [9] in the development flow use Quartus® Prime, of which the development flow
