explanation
This document is a tutorial that shows how to use the Quartus® Prime software to create digital logic circuits and operate evaluation and development kits equipped with Altera® FPGAs. Users who are designing FPGAs for the first time can easily understand the basic operation flow of the development software.
When developing an Altera® FPGA, steps [2] to [9] in the development flow are done using Quartus® Prime.
[4] uses an EDA simulation tool that supports Altera® FPGAs, such as Questa* - Altera® FPGA Edition.
In this tutorial, you can experience steps [3] to [8] of the development flow.
