Sudden price hikes of existing products forced new security products to be considered

With its roots in photo studios, Asukanet has consistently pursued photo processing technology since its founding. The company is currently developing three main businesses: the Funeral Business, which specializes in the funeral and funeral market, the Photo Book Business, which is related to photo books, and the Aerial Display Business, which is related to aerial displays. Among them, the new product "ASKA3D Plate" in the aerial display business uses a special panel to form an image in the air on the opposite side of the real image, and has already been patented as a new aerial imaging technology. Since it can be used as an aerial touch panel by adding sensors and tactile sensations, it is attracting a great deal of attention from around the world as a next-generation contactless interface.

The company had been using an antivirus product from a certain company for many years, but was puzzled by the sudden demand for a significant price increase upon renewal of the license. Kazuhiko Arima, Manager of the IT Promotion Group of the Strategic Planning Department, said, "the Company have 500 employees using 700 terminals. We have both Windows and Mac terminals, and we have continued to use this product, which is compatible with both.
