Self autonomous driving towing tractor

The autonomous driving towing tractor provided by Charlatte Autonom, a subsidiary of Navya Mobility, automatically transports cargo and containers at airports and factories. It saves labor and contributes to alleviating labor shortages and costs. It can be used for automatic transportation of cargo in large areas such as airports, factories, plants, and ports.

AT135

The AT135 is an autonomous driving EV tractor that realizes efficient cargo transportation. With a powerful driving force of up to 25 tons towing capacity and an advanced autonomous driving system, it is the ideal solution for cargo transportation at airports and factories.
The vehicle also has a driver's cab and can be switched to manual mode when specific operations are required. Remote monitoring ensures safe operation. autonomous driving freight transport improves efficiency and reliability, even in bad weather, and reduces the burden on humans.

System configuration

A

LiDAR

There are five 3D types, which use 3D perception technology to map the environment, pinpoint location and detect obstacles.

B

GNSS

Through communication between the GPS sensor and beacons, the exact location of the vehicle is always identified, with an accuracy of just a few centimeters.

C

Odometry

Speed and distance traveled are calculated based on the number of tire rotations.

D

IMUs

Vehicle behavior is sensed by combining an acceleration sensor and an angular velocity (gyro) sensor.

E

camera

Install one at the front and one at the rear to check the safety of the area around the vehicle.

Case study

Toulouse, France
We are conducting a demonstration experiment at Toulouse-Blagnac Airport. A container loaded with baggage is automatically transported over a route of approximately 1.5 km.
