If I could describe my job in one word, it would be ``management of product delivery to customers.'' Our role is to manage and coordinate the products ordered by our customers to ensure that they are delivered by the customer's desired delivery date.

Business operations jobs require strong management and communication skills. I am in charge of about 50 customers, and each customer has a wide variety of communication methods, payment methods, and delivery methods, so it is necessary to provide detailed support according to each customer's wishes. In addition, when it is difficult to deliver a product by the customer's desired delivery date due to external factors such as bad weather, we may respond to the problem while communicating with sales representatives and the customer.

And what's most important is to work quickly and accurately in order to build trust. If a mistake were to occur and the product wasn't delivered on time, it would cause a lot of inconvenience to the customer, waste the efforts of the sales staff who worked so hard to win the business, and it could also damage the customer's trust in Macnica. A business is only successful when the product reaches the customer. I approach my daily work with pride, knowing that "I'm the one supporting Macnica 's business!"

Work as a Team with Highly Ambitious Colleagues

From my fourth year at the company, I have been participating in a project to create e-learning content for the sales department with the aim of improving their understanding of overall operational work. It is a project in which only a handful of staff out of a total of about 100 can participate. The good thing about Macnica is that if you have the motivation, ability, and aptitude, you will be entrusted with a job with great responsibility, regardless of your seniority or position. I would like to contribute to the success of this project by supporting the leader and collaborating with team members.

Regarding this project, when I think about how I am able to maintain a high level of motivation, I think that the presence of my superiors, seniors, and colleagues has a big influence on this. There are many people who have a strong desire to improve, and seeing their work motivates me and says, ``I can't give up.'' Currently, due to the coronavirus, I am not going to the office as often and working from home more, but I am in close communication with my team members, so I don't feel lonely and have the peace of mind of knowing that we are always connected to each other. I think it's a good culture that if you have any problems, you can immediately consult them via chat. By being blessed with not only work but also people, and spending each day to the fullest, I can approach work with a more positive attitude. I feel that Macnica has such a good environment.

Experience Being in Charge of Education and Experiencing Personal Growth

As mentioned above, at Macnica, you will be entrusted with more and more responsible work. From my third year at the company, I was put in charge of training junior staff. The role of the education manager is to work one-on-one with junior employees who have just joined the company, giving lectures and providing support so that they can master business operations. My boss told me, ``I would like to leave the responsibility of education to Mr. Okamoto, who works hard,'' so I decided to accept the position. I was very happy to have my respected boss recognize my efforts in my work.

Of course, it is not easy to take care of juniors while having your own work. Now that I am in charge of education, I am reminded once again how great the seniors who were in charge of my education were. No matter how busy he was, he answered my questions politely without a single disgusted look on his face. Thanks to that, I was able to learn the work quickly. It's my turn next. I would like to create an environment where I can listen to what I have to say and help my juniors grow.

In addition, I feel that my experience in teaching has led to my own growth. For example, when answering a question from a junior. You can organize your mind, deepen your understanding and knowledge of the matter, and as a result work more efficiently. Also, when I see my juniors being praised by someone, I feel happy as if it were my own. It was unthinkable back when I was just doing my job. I feel that I am learning a lot by teaching others.
