I contributed to the June 2025 issue (Vol. 339) of the production innovation magazine "IE Review" in the special feature "Rethinking Equipment Maintenance"
Kenta Murosaki of the Company Digital Industry Division contributed an article to the June 2025 issue of IE Review, a production innovation magazine published by the Japan IE Association (Vol. 339/Special feature: "Rethinking equipment maintenance"). The article presents a way of thinking and the effects of a data platform to continuously promote data utilization in the entire production department, rather than ending with "simple visualization," and introduces the key points for applying data to specific business operations while clarifying "who, when, what to check, and how to act" based on the functions and roles of each production department.

We also have materials that go into more depth about the "cross-departmental data utilization framework" introduced in this article.
The book explains at a business level what to notice, what to think, how to judge, and how to act when understanding production progress or detecting equipment anomalies. Through 14 use cases that can be used immediately on-site, the book systematically summarizes the key points to go beyond visualization and ensure that it connects to an improvement cycle.
