theme Concrete measures to lead to successful AI implementation in the manufacturing industry - Released at once for each process issue! ! ~
Overview

The speed of technological innovation is increasing exponentially, and changes in the market and environment are discontinuous with past performance.
There is no doubt that high-quality "manufacturing" and the manufacturing industry have been the driving force behind Japan's economy from the period of high economic growth to the present day.
However, we are now living in an age where even the manufacturing industry, which was once thought to be solid, will find it difficult to survive into the next generation if it cannot flexibly adapt to the ever-changing, discontinuous developments.
The current challenge in the manufacturing industry is how to carry out optimal production at low cost, flexibly, and quickly, and the use of AI is being actively promoted.
However, there are not many companies that can push forward with the continuous operation of AI systems.
To successfully implement AI in manufacturing, it is necessary to understand and address on-site business processes.
In this session, Macnica, which has supported the resolution of over 200 manufacturing problems, will introduce its approach to applying AI to real business applications, including from the perspective of reliability and quality assurance.
