Implementation steps

We provide comprehensive support for the entire process of AI implementation, from requirements definition to pre-verification, PoC, production construction, and operation.

• STEP 1

  Requirements definition/
  Use Case Exploration

  Leveraging NVIDIA's extensive use cases and Macnica 's know-how, we clarify "what AI can do" and organize the business challenges facing companies. We then develop PoC proposals, confirm data availability, and provide consistent support, from coordinating with stakeholders necessary for decision-making to setting KPIs.

• STEP 2

  Pre-verification/PoC

  To move forward with AI implementation, we help select business operations where it is expected to be effective and set PoC goals that define ROI expectations and evaluation criteria. After that, we use agile development to repeatedly generate data, adjust prompts, evaluate, and review, and verify performance and output. Based on the results, we calculate ROI at the time of implementation and develop a roadmap.

• STEP 3

  Support until implementation

  Leveraging Macnica 's expertise, we will formulate a realistic project plan and accompany you. Support is provided on both the operational and technical sides. On the operational side, we provide hands-on user education and the development of usage guides, while on the technical side, we support data preparation, development, and quality improvement. We also provide project management while checking the progress of the plan.

• STEP 4

  Production implementation and operation

  During implementation, we provide support on both operational and technical aspects. On the operational side, we help with the development of operation procedures, authority management design, and the setting and visualization of monitoring indicators. On the technical side, we provide support for building the production environment and security compliance. Furthermore, even after implementation, we support continuous improvements and model updates to support long-term operation.
