This is a support browsing service exclusively for users who have subscribed to the maintenance service for Thales or Gemalto's Safenet Luna series (Luna CARE).
An ID and password are required for use.
- Your account will be the email address you registered with.
- If you have forgotten your password, please reset your password by clicking "Forgot your password?" on the login screen.
- Old support site accounts cannot be used.
Even if you have previously registered for support browsing with other products, you will need to register an account for Thales or Gemalto's Safenet Luna series (Luna CARE), so please apply for browsing registration below.
