  • We successfully completed the switchover of all nine locations and stores without any problems, while running the new network in parallel with the existing network. Order processing and other operations, including those using iPads, were integrated securely and optimally, regardless of the environment at each store location.

  • The removal of bandwidth limitations has been well-received by site users, who have commented that the service is "faster." In particular, the quality of Teams calls and the smooth sharing of large files on SharePoint have improved.
• Improving the convenience of mobile and overseas use
  • Direct access to SaaS without going through the company network has been enabled, improving speed in remote environments. Even when traveling abroad, employees can automatically connect to the company network, allowing for smooth approval and authorization processes.
• Operational visibility and rapid troubleshooting
  • Usage can now be monitored in real time. Even in the event of communication failures, it's easier to identify the timing and cause, eliminating the need for the previous "trial-and-error" approach, resulting in significant time and effort savings.
• Reduced management costs and workload
  • The terminal setup (kitting) process has been simplified. This has reduced the burden during periods of frequent personnel changes, and the consolidation of the managed items has made operational management easier.
