Macnica holds events for employees and also has clubs and circles that employees can enjoy outside of the workplace.
Event
Management Plan Presentation
Once a year, employees from all over the world gather for a management plan presentation. All employees share the next management policy and strategy so that each employee can work independently.
Beer Party
A beer party held every summer in a hotel banquet hall. It is an event that families can participate in, such as planning a fair for children!
Ear End Party
Year-end parties held at locations around the world. Inviting bands and magicians, and games with luxurious prizes are a big hit.
Company Trip
One of the famous events, company trip. From Hokkaido in the north to Okinawa in the south, each department has its own unique destination. Bonds deepen at once through a trip of two days and one night.
Community Cleaning
Environmental maintenance is rooted in the culture at Macnica. Not only do we keep the office tidy, but we also clean the neighborhood that we are always grateful for.
Family Day
Family members of employees are invited to a company tour. The children feel like Macnica employees too! They are fascinated by the office that their parents visit all the time!
Macnica Futsal Tournament
Futsal lovers from Macnica gather once a year! Regardless of age, gender, or experience, everyone can have fun and work up a sweat.
Macnica Exponential Technology（MET）
A large-scale online conference sponsored by Macnica attracted 5,000 people last year. We will bring you new experiences such as CG×XR images and a 3D space that you can walk around in!

Baseball Club
The baseball club practices seriously with the motto of being cheerful, fun and energetic! The bench is always lively with all the unique members!
Soccer Club
A soccer club with many famous fighters in their school days. It's not about skills, it's about heart, so if you're motivated, you'll be fine!
Tennis Club
The tennis club, which started from the 10th division of the Tokyo business team, is currently promoted to the 6th division. We are looking for new members who want to reach new heights together!
Arm Wrestling Part
Arm wrestling that anyone can easily start regardless of age or sex. We are active with the goal of participating in the world championship in Japan!
Golf Circle
It is a circle where you can casually enjoy golf regardless of age or gender. You can get along with members you don't usually get involved with at work!
Ekiden Marathon Circle
I want to run happily! The members have gathered and are active. The social gathering after the run is exceptional!
