Daily Schedule

  1. Company presentation and talk event held.

    After a company explanation from the HR department, we will hold a panel discussion based on questions received from the audience about Macnica 's work content, corporate culture, and rewards!

    We bring you real voices from the actual workplace. Each episode is packed with candid conversations from our employees!

  2. Deepen your understanding of business!
    Experiential group work

    We offer a group workshop where you can experience Macnica 's trading business. You will work as a team on a case study with the theme of "Deploying cutting-edge technology to new markets!"

    This workshop is always a huge success. It's packed with concrete feedback from employees on topics such as proposal document creation, role-playing evaluation, and suggestions for improvement, so we hope you'll enjoy it!

  3. Symposium

    This is a chance for you to talk frankly with our employees. Please feel free to ask us anything you are curious about, not just about your career at Macnica, but also about advice on job hunting!

    One employee will be assigned to each table to answer any questions you may have! Please relax and enjoy yourself.
