Introduction - Head Office Introduction
After the HR department gives an overview of Macnica, we will hold a training session on business etiquette that will be useful to know as a working professional. We will also hold a "Macnica Head Office Tour" where you can see employees working up close!
You can learn fundamental skills that will be useful in your future job search and professional life!

Assignment to the receiving department ~ Customized program
From the second day onward, trainees will be assigned to their respective departments and will learn fundamental knowledge about the cutting-edge technologies handled by Macnica. They will also be divided into different courses, such as hands-on testing with actual equipment and accompanying sales representatives, and will work on programs tailored to their individual needs.
It's possible to visualize yourself working at Macnica as if you were already a member of the company!

Final presentation and mini-exhibition
On the final day, we plan to hold a joint presentation session where all program participants will present the projects they have worked on. Following the presentations, we will also hold a mini-exhibition where you can experience and feel the products that Macnica handles.
