Many companies are aiming to "utilize customer information" by implementing AI and DX.
In utilizing customer information, the "authentication infrastructure" serves as both a source of information and a point of contact with customers, making it increasingly important from a digital marketing perspective.
However, the reality is that it is not possible to allocate the same development costs to the authentication infrastructure as to the main functions. Therefore, there is a need for an authentication infrastructure that is easier for developers to build and safer for users to use.
