Product lineup
32bit microcomputer, 8bit microcomputer, USB-UART conversion IC
Currently (as of spring 2025), the main product lineup of the EFM32 series is as shown in the figure above.
EFM32 Series: Ultra-Low Power Consumption The EFM32 series is an industry-leading low power consumption MCU centered around a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M core microcontroller, and uses many unique technologies to dramatically extend the product life of battery-powered applications that perform repeated intermittent operation.
EFM8 Series: We have a wide lineup of products, including 8-bit microcontrollers with C8051 cores, which have a proven track record in Japan, and ASSPs for USB-USB bridges and capacitive touch sensors. We can offer low-cost solutions.
USB-UART conversion IC: The USB-UART bridge CP2102 that Silicon Labs has offered for many years has been renewed and the CP2102N has been released as a new product.
We can meet customer requirements with multiple small packages at low cost.

All product groups handled by Silicon Labs, such as Digital Isolator, Timing (Clock), Auto Audio, etc. other than IoT (wireless MCU/module), were sold to Skyworks.
