Product Summary
DDR3 SDRAM has new technologies and functions added to the previous generation DDR2 SDRAM, such as memory device reset, burst chop, ODT (On-Die Termination), output driver calibration, and write leveling. I did. Initially, the power supply voltage for DDR3 was 1.5V, but later 1.35V DDR3L was also standardized. DDR3/L SDRAM products are still one of the most widely used SDRAM products, even though successor SDRAM products already exist.
