LPDDR4/4X SDRAM products are volatile memory devices that are the fourth generation of LPDDR, a low-power DDR standard. LPDDR4 has a derivative standard, LPDDR4X, which further reduces power consumption by lowering the I/O voltage (VDDQ) from 1.1 V to 0.6 V.
Although this product is power-saving, it achieves high speed and wide bandwidth with a maximum data transfer speed of 4,266 Mbps and a maximum bandwidth of 16 GB/s. In addition to being able to select from multiple densities from 8 to 128 Gb, data widths of x16, x32, and x64 are realized in a single package, enabling a memory system with a reduced circuit area relative to the bus width of the controller. can be configured.
