1. Overview of AURIX™ TC3xx
What is AURIX™
AURIX™ is the generic name for Infineon's automotive high-performance MCU product family, and TC3xx is the second generation model of the AURIX™ series.
AURIX™ TC3xx is equipped with a CPU that utilizes Infineon's unique 32-bit integrated architecture "TriCore™" with excellent real-time performance. Specially designed for automotive applications, it has high performance and safety, and runs at high speed up to 6 cores and 300MHz. This product satisfies ASIL-D (highest level of functional safety) defined by ISO 26262, and can satisfy EVITA-Full (highest level of security) with the second-generation HSM.
