The TRAVEO™ T2G-B series is an automotive microcontroller for body applications that uses the Arm® Cortex®-M7F/M4F as its main core and operates at a maximum operating frequency of 350MHz.To achieve high security functions, the Arm® Cortex®-M0+ core is installed as standard in all products, enabling secure communication.In addition, the device supports eSHE and HSM, making it Evita Full compliant.
The product also features up to 8MB of built-in Flash memory that supports dual-bank memory configurations, is compatible with FOTA (Firmware Over The Air), complies with ISO26262ASIL-B level standards, and can operate in ambient temperatures up to 125°C, making it a product that contributes to meeting the stringent requirements and challenges of automotive applications.

The TRAVEO T2G Body Entry family is a microcontroller specially designed for automotive applications, featuring an Arm® Cortex®-M4F CPU for main processing and an Arm® Cortex®-M0+ CPU for peripheral and security processing. It also features low-power operation, up to 4MB of flash memory and 512KB of SRAM, and programmable analog and digital peripherals for faster time to market.
KIT_T2G-B-H_LITE
The KIT_T2G-B-H_LITE kit is an evaluation kit equipped with CYT4BF that allows you to evaluate and develop for the TRAVEO T2G Body High family at a relatively low cost.
The TRAVEO T2G Body High family is specifically designed for automotive applications and features up to two 350MHz Arm® Cortex®-M7 processors as the main application processor, a 100MHz Arm® Cortex®-M0+ processor supporting low-power operation, up to 8MB of flash memory and 1MB of SRAM, and programmable analog and digital peripherals for faster time to market.
We also offer an evaluation kit featuring the TRAVEO™ T2G-B series microcontroller and an integrated motor control IC.
The TRAVEO™ T2G MULTI MOTOR EVALKIT is an evaluation kit equipped with the TRAVEO™ T2G-B series CYT2B7 and Infineon's integrated motor control IC, the MOTIX™ SBC TLE9563-3QX. Infineon also provides a BLDC motor control sample, so customers can begin evaluation immediately by simply preparing an evaluation environment and an appropriate BLDC motor.
Software development environment
The various SW tools required for development of the TRAVEO™ T2G-B series, such as the integrated development environment (IDE) and debugging tools, can be provided by Infineon or third parties.
