This article introduces a 100BASE-T1 compatible media converter used for in-vehicle Ethernet evaluation.
Overview
In-vehicle Ethernet standard IEEE802.3bw compliant Broadcom BCM89811 100Mbps (100BASE-T1) compatible media converter.
This product can operate at 100Mbps as a jig for converting an ECU (evaluation target device) equipped with 100BASE-T1 (Open Alliance BroadR-Reach, hereinafter OABR) to 100BASE-TX.
feature
‐ Conversion from Automotive Ethernet 100BASE-T1 to 100BASE-TX
- Link status and data communication can be checked at a glance with LED
- Easy setting of master/slave by front panel switch
‐ Uses Mini50 connector for in-vehicle Ethernet 100BASE-T1
‐ Uses RJ-45 connector for 100BASE-TX
Deliverables
Media Converter body (x 1), AC adapter (x 1), 100BASE-T1 cable (x 1)
*100BASE-TX communication cable must be prepared separately.
