HyperLynx Thermal is a board thermal analysis tool. You can display temperature gradient maps, component temperatures, junction temperatures, and more.
Functional overview
I will explain the items that can be analyzed with HyperLynx Thermal.
HyperLynx PI can also do some thermal analysis, but HyperLynx Thermal supports the thermal analysis capabilities of HyperLynx PI, plus extensions.
