  • Telephone/web conference and on-site support upon request from the customer
  • Urgent requests due to deadlines for construction, etc.
  • Response to custom RPA created using Island's "Create a custom module" function
  • Other support not listed in the next section "Details of Support Provided"

Support provided (details)

① Product specification investigation/confirmation
  • We provide technical QA regarding Island product specifications, configuration methods, etc. after installation/during operation.
  • In principle, information provided regarding Island product specifications is limited to the extent that Island has made public.
  • We can provide information on general configuration methods for Island products, but answers that involve design based on the customer's implementation environment are outside the scope of our support.
② Support for investigating the cause of failures/isolation/dealing with Island support
  • We will assist customers in isolating unexpected behavior or behavior that differs from specifications of Island products and will investigate defects in Island products.
  • Please note that you will be responsible for isolating the problem (whether it is a problem with the Island product or not). Our support team will provide the necessary assistance in isolating the problem.
  • If our support team determines that the issue you inquire about is not a problem caused by Island products, our support team will not provide any further support.
③Providing information on the Macnica support site
  • We provide product information in Japanese on our own support site.
