Macnica releases "SaaS Settings Audit Report Service" that utilizes Adaptive Shield, which is a measure against information leaks due to SaaS configuration deficiencies - Clarifies the assumed security risks of each SaaS and the priority of countermeasures -

We are pleased to announce the release of the "SaaS Configuration Audit Report Service," which utilizes the dedicated solution Adaptive Shield.

Due to the progress of the introduction of telework, the number of companies using SaaS such as web conferencing systems, communication tools, online storage, business systems such as ERP, CRM, SCM, and software development tools has increased rapidly. Many security incidents such as information leaks have occurred in Japan and overseas.
Many of these incidents are not due to security flaws in the SaaS itself, but rather to management/configuration deficiencies in the companies that use SaaS. For example, each business department independently manages SaaS, and the information system department and security department are unable to visualize and understand the settings. This service uses Adaptive Shield, a dedicated solution for SSPM to audit SaaS settings, to audit and diagnose SaaS settings based on security standards. Furthermore, we provide reports and debriefing sessions that utilize the knowledge of Macnica engineers.
