Through the CAF x Macnica AI Hackathon experience, we helped 70 people with no prior programming experience to visualize how they would use AI.

Before

  • We understand the importance of AI, but we can't envision how we can use it within our company.
  • Most participants have no prior programming experience and operate under the assumption that "it's impossible for me."
  • Even after receiving training, nothing changes once you return to work.

Approach

  • Silicon Valley-based community CAF co-designs Vibe Coding hackathon
  • Designed not as a place to "teach," but as a space where people can feel their own transformation through the "experience of creating."
  • 70 participants from diverse industries and job roles took part, working with AI to shape their respective challenges.

After

  • 70 people created 70 different apps, including data analysis, menu management, and shipping route suggestions.
  • I took away the feeling that "AI can make anyone a creator" as a real-life experience.
  • Participating companies have requested consultations regarding how to implement these strategies within their own companies or teams.
