This contact point accepts reports from business partners (including freelancers) and others via telephone and web regarding violations of laws and regulations, misconduct, harassment, etc., by Macnica group employees and Member of the Board, whether witnessed or victimized. Anonymous reports are accepted, and the privacy of the reporter will be protected while handling the matter through a dedicated counselor at Dial Service Co., Ltd.
