Creates Our Prosperous Future.

Diversity, equity and inclusion will create a prosperous future for us. Diversity is the source of innovation. The environment surrounding us is rapidly changing. Macnica group is committed to solving social and environmental issues, based on Our Group's Purpose Leading in an ever-changing world. We seek technology and intelligence beyond the cutting edge while envisioning the future and creating the ”Now”. We aim to be Service & Solution Company that can contribute to the creation of a future digital society.

The key to achieving this is the success of each and every diverse employee. We believe that everything begins and ends with people. More diverse employees than ever before will strive for communication that allows them to express their opinions without hesitation, regardless of gender, nationality, race, religion, age, disability, sexual orientation, status, or position, and to trust each other and embrace their individuality. We will create a corporate culture and work environment that is respectful and allows individuals to maximize their potential.

The MACNICA group Aims for Sustainable Growth from the Following Three Perspectives.

  • Diversity

We respect not only gender, nationality, race, ethnicity, religion, age, disability, sexual orientation, status, position, but also all kinds of "diversity" including ideas, experiences, skills, etc.

  • Equity

Equity is about ensuring equitable access to information, opportunities and resources for all. Recognizing that not everyone starts in the same place and that there are structural inequalities that cannot be resolved simply by eliminating discrimination and providing equal opportunities, We strive for fairness so that we can improve the working environment where profits exist and everyone can perform to the best of their ability.

  • Inclusion

We will create an environment where everyone can respect each other, clarify various aspects of themselves with confidence, and openly share their own perspectives and ways of thinking, while making good use of "differences."

Macnica group will work together to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
