Silicon Labs CP210x: I want to drive the /RST pin from external circuitry.

The /RST pin outputs low during the reset period. (details are introduced in another topic)
Pulling the /RST pin high during this period from low resistance external circuitry can be problematic.
In such cases, insert a series resistor of 400 to 1000Ω to ensure proper low output from /RST during the reset period.
