Qualcomm has announced the world's first(*1) Qualcomm® Robotics RB5 Platform, a next-generation robot development platform compatible with 5G and AI. The development kit will be prepared by Thundercomm.

Macnica will begin selling the "Qualcomm® Robotics RB5 Platform Development Kit" as an authorized domestic distributor of Qualcomm/Thundercom. The robotics-customized QRB5165 processor installed in the Robotics RB5 Platform has a performance of 15 TOPS (Tera Operations Per Second) and, together with the Qualcomm AI Engine, provides high-performance technology-near computing.
