The FAN6248 is an advanced synchronous rectifier (SR) controller optimized for LLC resonant converter topologies.
By adding just two external resistors and a MOSFET, it is possible to support up to 800W.

100V rated sense input accurately senses drain and source voltages across two SR MOSFETs
・The reliability of PSU is improved by AST (Anti-Shoot-Through) control. Able to avoid the destructive situation of turning on two SR MOSFETs simultaneously
Built-in parasitic inductance compensation to minimize body diode conduction in SR MOSFET
