Level Translator

ONSEMI offers a range of level translators, both unidirectional and bidirectional.
The T30LMXT series voltage translators are TREO By utilizing this platform, we will realize voltage translators that operate at high speeds at low voltages and also reduce power consumption.

Bus switches are designed to quickly turn on and off connections to high-speed digital lines or buses.

The T30LMSW series bus switches utilize the TREO platform to provide switches that operate at low voltages, with high bandwidth and low on-resistance.
The T30LMSW bus switch also operates up to 125°C and offers low Iq and low input leakage current.
In addition to SOIC and TSSOP packages, small leadless packages will also be available.
