Product Summary
NVIDIA® Jetson™ TX2 module
Equipped with NVIDIA Pascal™ architecture-based GPU. NVIDIA® Jetson™ TX2, a platform that enables AI computing on the edge side, achieves twice the performance of NVIDIA® Jetson™ TX1. Ideal for intelligent edge devices such as robots, drones, smart cameras, and portable medical devices. It also includes all the features of the Jetson TX1 module, enabling wider and more complex neural networks.
Features
Equipped with a 256-core NVIDIA Pascal architecture-based GPU that provides best-in-class performance
・The number of camera processing lanes is double that of Jetson TX1, and two 4K video streams can be processed in the processing pipeline.
・Equipped with two modes that expand usage
Emphasis on power efficiency
It consumes less than 7.5W and can operate at more than twice the power efficiency. As such, Jetson TX2 is capable of running larger, deeper neural networks on edge devices.
Emphasis on performance
With power consumption of 15W or less, it is possible to demonstrate twice the processing performance compared to Jetson TX1, so it is possible to make faster and more accurate guesses.
NVIDIA® Jetson™ TX2i module
NVIDIA® Jetson™ TX2i is designed for reliable operation in harsh environments, making it an ideal device for quality-demanding applications such as industrial robots, machine vision cameras, and portable medical devices. TX2 and TX2i are a new edge computing proposal that incorporates the demands of the industrial market, such as ECC memory adoption and long life cycle, while maintaining compatibility with a pin-compatible 400-pin connector.
