Launch of the 60GHz band high-precision distance measurement sensor "NJF4070 series"
The "NJF4070 series" (built-in software: high-resolution ranging) is a sensor unit equipped with the 60GHz smart sensor micro module "NJR4652" manufactured by Nisshinbo Micro Devices, and achieves highly accurate distance measurement through unique signal processing. An optional type with a rectangular horn antenna is also available, allowing you to select the measurement performance that best suits your application.
The interface is UART, and the low standby current consumption makes it suitable for use in a solar battery-powered environment.

Advantages of utilization
The NJF4070 series is capable of non-contact measurement of water surfaces, liquids, metals, resins, powders, soil, and sand, which are difficult to detect reliably with other sensors such as optical and ultrasonic sensors, and is characterized by its low susceptibility to the effects of material, color, and shape.
It is also resistant to disturbances such as water vapor, dust, rain, snow, strong backlight, and indoor lighting, allowing for stable measurements in a variety of indoor and outdoor environments. It provides highly reliable distance data for a variety of applications, including level monitoring and facility automation.
