◆Compatible with small package WLCSP (3.356 × 3.965 × 0.25 mm) and KGD

◆ Supports low power consumption (Standby current 5.0μA, Deep Power Down 1.0μA)

◆ Corresponds to ECC function and Sector protection function for reliability

◆EnduraFlex architecture: Configure multiple partitions to retain data for up to 25 years and endurance of over 1 million cycles
