LT3073: 3A, Ultralow Noise, High PSRR, 45mV Dropout Ultrafast Linear Voltage Regulator

The LT3073 is a low voltage, ultralow noise, ultrafast transient response linear voltage regulator. The device delivers up to 3A with a typical dropout voltage of 45mV. A 4.7µF reference bypass capacitor reduces output voltage noise to 1.2µVRMS. The wide bandwidth and high PSRR allow the use of small ceramic capacitors, saving bulk capacitance and cost. The MAX98388/MAX98389 are small, cost-effective mono digital input amplifiers with integrated IV feedback. The device operates over a wide supply voltage range of 2.3V to 10V. ADF4368: Microwave Wideband Synthesizer with Integrated VCO

The ADF4368 is a high performance, ultralow jitter, integer-N and fractional-N phase-locked loop (PLL). It has an internal VCO that is ideal for frequency conversion applications.

This high-performance PLL has a figure of merit of −239 dBc/Hz, an extremely low normalized 1/f noise of −287 dBc/Hz, and a high PFD frequency, enabling extremely low in-band noise and integrated jitter. . The ADF4368 can generate any frequency in the 800MHz to 12.8GHz range without an internal doubler, eliminating the need for subharmonic filters. The Σ-Δ modulator has a 25-bit fixed modulus that enables Hertz frequency resolution, as well as a 17-bit variable modulus for higher resolution and flexible frequency planning.
