Agilex™ 9 FPGA & SoC FPGA
This is an "RF-specialized FPGA" for defense and high-end communications equipment.
The Agilex ™ 9 SoC FPGA Direct RF-Series features sample rates up to 64GSps and integrated wideband data converters, delivering significant improvements in size, weight, power and cost of analog or RF systems.
Ideal FPGA for defense, radar, high-end test, and wireless solutions.
Agilex™ 7 FPGA & SoC FPGA
High-end FPGAs focused on large scale, performance and functionality.
There are three lineups: F series, I series, and M series.
- Agilex ™ 7 FPGA & SoC F Series: High-end FPGA that can be used for a wide range of applications.
- Agilex ™ 7 FPGA & SoC I Series: FPGA that supports even faster I/F than the F Series.
- Agilex ™ 7 FPGA & SoC M Series: FPGA that supports I/F with high-bandwidth memory.
Agilex™ 5 FPGA & SoC FPGA
It is a “mid-range FPGA” featuring high performance and low power consumption that surpasses the previous high-end FPGA.
It has a good balance between performance and cost, so it can be used in a wide range of products.
There is a lineup of D series optimized for performance and E series optimized for power consumption.
Agilex ™ 5 FPGA & SoC D-Series: Optimized for performance
- Agilex ™ 5 FPGA & SoC E Series: Optimized for low power consumption
- There are two series with low power consumption and high performance, and even lower power consumption.
Agilex™ 3 FPGA & SoC FPGA
This is a small FPGA that features low cost and low power consumption.
- Adopting the Hyperflex™ FPGA architecture on the Intel 7 process, Cyclone ® V FPGA Max. 1.9 2x performance or up to 38% Power consumption reduction
- 0.8mm ball pitch and variable pitch BGA (VPBGA) package that achieves high I/O density
- DSP with AI Tensor Block
- High-voltage/high-speed interfaces such as MIPI and 1.25Gbps Low Voltage Differential Signaling (LVDS)
- 12.5Gbps transfer speed transceiver with PCI Express (PCIe) 3.0 and 10G Ethernet hard IP block
