Product Summary
We have developed a positive and negative output AC/DC reference board specifically designed for industrial equipment such as industrial inverters, power conditioners, and PLCs. It features a rectifier circuit for direct AC power input, making it a low-power, compact AC/DC isolated power supply reference board.
It can accept AC power inputs from 85VAC to 265VAC and DC power inputs from 100V to 400V, making it suitable for a variety of systems tailored to your application. Furthermore, it offers two output voltage patterns, allowing it to supply both positive and negative bias voltages to drive low-RoN SiC-MOSFETs and IGBTs embedded in large module products.

This reference board uses Analog Devices' isolated power flyback controller IC (model number: LT8316EFE#TRPBF). Other components used in the design include a SiC FET (ON Semiconductor, model number: UJ3C120150K3S) and a transformer (Würth Electronics, model number: 750811648).
