Overview

In recent power supplies, it is required to reduce power loss in order to achieve high efficiency. Switched-mode power supplies and DC/DC switching controllers can be highly efficient, but their circuit design and PCB layout are not ideal, resulting in increased emissions, interfering voltages. This article systematically describes input filtering, which is a means of reducing interference voltages in DC/DC switching controllers.
