Monocon® can quickly develop prototypes for demonstration experiments. If the customer has already created a prototype and there is an area they would like to improve, we can identify the bottleneck device and propose a different product.
We are not just a trading company that "purchases and sells." We have a track record of providing semiconductors and key technologies to various industries and supporting them to a practical level. In the proof-of-concept stage, there are many cases where a simple evaluation is required without spending a lot of money, but even in such cases, the Company engineers will hand-make a test device and verify its operation. Even if it looks uncool, it is enough to confirm its operation, and this is the first step towards commercialization.
However, the appearance of the product is also important. Even if it is a prototype, if there is an actual product close to the finished product, you can get a realistic reaction from the surroundings, so we use a 3D printer to quickly create a mockup. Combined with a board for demonstration experiments, you can imagine the operation and appearance at an early stage, which is a strong support for getting the consent of the related parties.

Why don't we take the prototype we made and evaluate it together at the actual site where it will be used? By installing it on-site, we are sure to discover new issues, which will also give us new inspiration. We will work together with our customers to accelerate demonstration experiments.
For example, by using Google Cloud, you can display information from remote locations. By installing sensors in places that would be difficult for humans to reach, such as snow on a road that is usually not very busy, or the flooding of a river deep in the mountains, it becomes possible to obtain data from remote locations.
As an example, we created an app that visualizes data obtained by sensors. You can view the data acquired via WiFi on your PC.
