Latest Trends in EU Cyber Resilience Law and Key Points of Vulnerability Management

Features of the seminar

A must-read for the manufacturing industry! What are the best practices for dealing with vulnerabilities under the EU Cyber Resilience Law?

Under the EU Cyber Resilience Act (CRA), if a manufacturer becomes aware of an "actively exploited vulnerability," it is obligated to provide an early warning within 24 hours and to report mitigation measures within 72 hours, and any violation will be subject to heavy penalties.
Manufacturer reporting requirements also apply to products that have been previously marketed.
To comply with this regulation, it is necessary to maintain a vulnerability management system for the long term.
However, with the recent increase in vulnerabilities, many people may feel that vulnerability management methods that rely on CVSS scores up until now place a heavy burden on operations and make it difficult to comply with regulations.

In this seminar, we will introduce the latest trends in CRA as well as optimal vulnerability management methods and SBOM generation and management methods that will reduce the number of vulnerabilities that need to be reported and reduce operational burden, with examples.
